Emotional Support Animal Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates emotionalsupport.ca and associated API integrations for content publishing. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our API integrations.
We collect email addresses from visitors who voluntarily sign up for new character drop notifications via the popup form on emotionalsupport.ca. When you sign up, we record your email address, the date and time of signup, and the source of your signup (e.g. homepage popup). This information is stored securely in a private database and is used solely to send you notifications about new product drops.
We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to any third party. Our API integrations are used solely to post content to our own social media accounts. No third-party user data is collected, stored, or processed through these integrations.
If you sign up for notifications, you will receive emails from Emotional Support Animal Co. sent from hello@emotionalsupport.ca. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at hello@emotionalsupport.ca. We will process your unsubscribe request immediately.
We use the TikTok Content Posting API exclusively to publish pre-generated video content to the @emotionalsupportanimalco account, which is owned and operated by Emotional Support Animal Co. The integration does not access, collect, or store data from any other TikTok user or account.
We use the Pinterest API exclusively to publish product content to our own Pinterest account (pinterest.com/emotionalsupportanimalco), which is owned and operated by Emotional Support Animal Co. This site and its API integrations are not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.
We do not collect, store, or process data from any Pinterest user other than our own account. Pinterest-derived data (such as pin metadata or analytics) is used only to manage our own account content. We do not resell or redistribute any Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties. If we were to disconnect from the Pinterest API, any Pinterest-derived data held by us would be deleted.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. This uses cookies to record when a visit or purchase follows a click on one of our ads. We use this only to measure ad effectiveness, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it to build personal advertising profiles. You can manage Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
Orders placed through our store are processed by Shopify and fulfilled by Printify (Print Geek, Toronto, Canada). We also use Google Ads to measure advertising performance. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle your data.
